As a Production Estimator, you'll play a key role in project delivery and cost management, ensuring construction is accurately planned and financially controlled. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed production estimates for custom residential builds
- Collaborating with Drafting, Estimating, and Site teams to manage project costs
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and material requirements
- Maintaining accurate project cost records and updates
- Using Buildertrend software to track costs, variations, and revisions
- Supporting the business to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Over 5 years experience in residential construction estimating, preferably with a focus on production
- Proven experience managing custom / high-end residential projects
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost planning
- Buildertrend experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
