Key Responsibilities:
- Expedite vendor and subcontractor deliverables to meet project milestones.
- Monitor manufacturing, inspection, and shipment status of project materials.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics, and vendors to resolve delays.
- Review and follow up on vendor documentation, inspection release notes, and shipping documents.
- Prepare regular expediting reports and progress updates for project management.
- Identify risks to delivery schedules and recommend mitigation actions.
- Support site or yard expediting activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of expediting experience in offshore, FPSO, oil & gas, or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspections, and logistics.
- Good communication skills and experience dealing with international vendors.
- Willingness to travel to vendor premises or yards when required.
