Key responsibilities:
- Execute RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids and recommend awards.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders/contract documents; manage order changes and close-out.
- Source and qualify suppliers, negotiate terms, lead time and pricing.
- Track procurement schedule, ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues impacting construction/commissioning.
- Coordinate with engineering, project controls, logistics, QA/QC and commercial teams on specifications, lead times, inspections and documentation.
- Manage vendor performance, non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, corporate procurement policies and export/import/customs requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, cost tracking and reporting to project management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years procurement experience in offshore/oil & gas or FPSO projects (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of marine/offshore equipment, materials and contracting practices.
- Strong negotiation, commercial and contract administration skills.
- Relevant degree or diploma in business, supply chain, engineering or equivalent; professional procurement certification desirable.
