Join Woodside as a Senior Materials & Corrosion Engineer, supporting major projects, brownfields and operating assets. You'll provide key technical expertise across materials, inspection and integrity, influencing outcomes across a global portfolio while working closely with project and operational teams.
- Provide specialist technical expertise across materials, corrosion, coatings, welding & inspection
- Support projects, brownfields and operating assets across Woodside's global portfolio
- Deliver materials, inspection & corrosion scopes including planning, prioritisation and execution
- Prepare and review technical deliverables (designs, specifications, scopes, MOC documentation)
- Support contractors and vendors through design, procurement, fabrication & construction phases
- Resolve complex engineering and operational materials / corrosion issues
- Work closely with project teams, operations, SMEs and technical authorities
- Contribute to integrity management, process safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Degree in Materials Engineering or related discipline
- Strong oil & gas / energy sector background
- Proven experience across projects, brownfields & operating assets
- Deep knowledge of industry codes, standards & regulatory requirements
- Experience with coatings, NDT, pressure equipment & inspection
- Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership capability
- Certifications (API, NACE or similar) highly regarded
- Must have full Australian Working Rights
