A leading provider of electrical engineering, testing, and commissioning services is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to support high-voltage substation projects. This role will oversee field service personnel while also performing hands-on relay and electrical testing, commissioning, maintenance, and start-up activities on high voltage infrastructure.
This is a senior technical leadership role suited to professionals with extensive experience in substation testing, commissioning, and high-voltage systems.

Supervise and coordinate multiple field service and commissioning projects

Oversee testing and commissioning teams working on high-voltage substation equipment

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to technicians

Participate in client meetings and project coordination
-
Support QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with technical standards

Review project scope and conduct pre-job planning meetings with technicians and subcontractors

Investigate and report on incidents or technical issues

Ensure adherence to safety policies and operational procedures

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology (preferred)

Approximately 15+ years of experience in high-voltage electrical testing or commissioning

Minimum 10 years in a leadership or crew lead capacity

Strong knowledge of high-voltage substation equipment and protection systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical reporting
