As Contracts Administrator, you'll be a critical part of the pre-construction and contract management process, ensuring projects run smoothly and clients are kept informed.
- Managing contracts for multiple projects across QLD, NSW, and SA
- Coordinating with Sales, Drafting, Estimating, and Construction teams
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalising contracts and variations
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
- Supporting client communication and engagement throughout the contract process
- 0ver 5 years experience as a Contracts Administrator in residential or multi-residential construction
- Knowledge of contract processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
