- Lead delivery of a $80M+ luxury high-rise project.
- Manage programme, cost, quality, design and construction.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the project team.
- Manage project risks, design issues and commercial outcomes.
- Work closely with senior leadership, clients and consultants.
- Proven Project Manager experience with a head contractor.
- Must have delivered high-rise residential projects valued at $80M+.
- Luxury / high-end apartment experience highly regarded.
- Strong construction methodology, programming and commercial skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
- Australian or New Zealand head contractor experience required.
- Australian Citizen, NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
