- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, network, and application issues for offshore crew.
- Maintain and configure laptops, servers, VoIP phones, printers, and peripherals.
- Support vessel LAN/WAN, satellite comms, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, backups, and software updates.
- Escalate complex faults to shore IT and vendors; document incidents and resolutions.
- Diploma/degree in IT or equivalent experience; 2+ years IT support (preferably maritime/offshore).
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux, Active Directory, VoIP, and network fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting, comms, and shift/rotational work adaptability.
- Certifications desirable: CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft MCSA, or Cisco CCNA (any).
