Key Responsibilities:
Onshore:
- Lead all relevant engineering documents (P&ID, loop checks, wiring diagrams, technical datasheets, cable schedule).
- Manage materials, job cards and bags & tags prior to offshore works.
- Implement all applicable procedures (hook-up execution plan, safety and risk assessment, installation procedures).
- Develop interface requests, request for information, site queries to final client when additional information is required.
Offshore:
- Report safety observations regularly to maintain high safety standard level in the work site
- Lead site toolbox talks and be proactive in safety.
- Lead offshore surveys (Tie in point's identification, site routing, identify potential clashes).
- Provide inputs to update offshore planning (hook-up sequences, physical progress)
- Prepare offshore material requests based on work sequences and schedule.
- Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation work at site. Ensure E&I subcontractor is working according to the Company safety and quality standards, and work is delivered according to client expectations.
- Engineering Degree associated with Structural and Piping Engineering experience.
- Previous experience in topsides E&I construction activities.
- Ability to propose decision on Technical items, Resources, Procurement.
- 10 years minimum of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of standard office software (MS Office, MS Project).
- Fluent in English Language.
