This is a rare opportunity to lead the engineering function supporting a complex portfolio of critical gas transmission and storage assets across Australia's East Coast.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a large multidisciplinary engineering team, providing strategic leadership across asset integrity, reliability, process safety, technical governance and operational engineering.

Working closely with Operations and the Central Engineering & Technical Services function, you will play a key role in strengthening engineering capability, building a high-performing leadership team and driving engineering excellence across the portfolio.

This is a highly visible executive leadership role offering the opportunity to shape engineering strategy, influence operational performance and become a trusted adviser to senior leadership.

  • Leading the engineering function across the Gas East portfolio.
  • Building a cohesive, high-performing engineering leadership team.
  • Driving engineering standards, governance and technical assurance.
  • Improving asset integrity, reliability and process safety.
