• Lead contract administration, commercial management, and dispute resolution activities for onshore project contracts to protect Company interests, ensure contractual compliance, and support the successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Lead contract administration activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and Company requirements.
  • Advise Project Management Teams on contractual and commercial matters to support informed decision-making and protect Company interests.
  • Review contractor correspondence, notices, variations and claims to support timely resolution of contractual issues.
  • Evaluate commercial and contractual risks to support effective project execution and risk mitigation.
  • Support negotiation of contract amendments, change orders, settlements and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Supply, Finance and Project stakeholders to align contractual positions.
  • Monitor contractor performance against contractual requirements and support corrective actions.
  • Maintain contract records, commercial registers and reporting tools.
  • Support management and resolution of contractual disputes to minimize commercial exposure.
  • Prepare contractual and commercial reports, presentations and recommendations for governance reviews.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.
  • 8 years of experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry, including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractors / subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.
  • Proven track record in successful amicable resolution of contractual disputes.
  • Experience in formal dispute resolution process e.g. mediation, binding arbitration, litigation.
  • Knowledge of Middle Eastern legal statues and civil codes preferred.
  • A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment with multiple competing priorities and challenging deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, including procurement, contracting, cost tracking, and invoice administration processes.
  • Strong contract administration and commercial management skills.
