Based in Newcastle, this is a dual Contract Administrator / Estimator position that will see you involved across both tendering and project delivery. Working closely with senior management and project teams, you will play a key role in securing work, managing project costs and supporting the successful delivery of civil and building projects.
- Prepare competitive tenders, estimates and pricing submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing, procurement and negotiations.
- Prepare and assess variations, progress claims and project forecasts.
- Support project delivery teams with commercial and contractual matters.
- Experience as a Contract Administrator, Estimator or a combined CA/Estimator role within construction
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, cost control and tendering processes.
- Ability to review technical drawings, specifications and scope documents.
- Experience working on civil infrastructure, commercial building or industrial projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
