- Supervise townhouse and unit developments from groundworks to completion
- Run day-to-day site operations and manage all trades and subcontractors
- Drive build programs, quality, and productivity
- Ensure WHS compliance and maintain a safe, well-run site
- Problem-solve on site and keep projects moving
- Be hands-on when needed, this is not a desk-only role
- Proven experience supervising townhouse and unit projects
- Demonstrated ability to deliver builds start to finish
- Qualified carpenter background (essential)
- Confident, practical, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a volume building environment
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty and lead from the front
- Strong communication and leadership skills with trades
