- Lead the design phase of a large-scale multi-residential development ($250M+)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants
- Ensure designs meet budget, program, and quality requirements
- Review and approve design documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior design staff
- Collaborate with project managers to align design with construction delivery
- Minimum 5 years' experience in design management on delivery-side multi-residential projects
- MUST have delivered high-rise projects over 25-storeys
- Proven track record managing large scale developments over $100M
- MUST have worked for either a Builder-Developer or Builder only as a Design Manager
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience liaising with consultants, clients, and contractors
