Brunel is looking for an HR Analyst with a focus on Payroll to work with one of our clients! This position will be an outsourced contract, 4x1 hybrid schedule, based in our Rio de Janeiro office.
- Execute and verify payroll processes, including admissions, dismissals, vacations, leaves of absence, and terminations;
- Perform the calculation and verification of labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, among others);
- Actively manage and send information to eSocial, ensuring deadlines and legal compliance;
- Provide support for vacation routines, 13th-month salary, and other periodic events;
- Assist employees and internal areas to clarify questions related to payroll;
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring correct documentation and records;
- Work collaboratively with other HR areas, contributing to process improvements.
- Prior experience in payroll routines;
- Consistent experience with vacations, labor charges, and eSocial;
- Generalist profile, with the ability to work in multiple areas of payroll;
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in the ADP system (mandatory requirement);
- Knowledge of current labor and social security legislation.
Desirable Requirements
- Intermediate English for reading and basic communication;
- Experience in environments with a high volume of payroll processing;
- Experience in medium or large-sized companies.
