This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all instrumentation-related tasks on site. The focus to ensure the proper installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of instruments in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Requires strong hands-on experience in process instrumentation, maintenance supervision, and control system troubleshooting within EPC or operating plant environments.
ππ²π π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π:
- Supervise instrument technicians and ensure work is executed safely, on time, and in line with quality standards
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all instrumentation and control systems
- Ensure calibration activities comply with standards and scheduled requirements
- Monitor equipment performance, analyze recurring issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Troubleshoot DCS, PLC, and ESD systems
- Supervise installation of new instruments during project phases, shutdowns, and turnarounds
- Manage spare parts inventory and initiate purchase requests when required
- Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams

π₯π²πΎππΆπΏπ²πΊπ²π»ππ:
- Indonesian Nationality is highly preferred.
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical / Instrument Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in site supervision within Petrochemical / Chemical / Oil & Gas / Refinery / Fertilizer projects
- Strong knowledge of process instrumentation and control systems
- Proven ability to perform loop diagnostics and system performance optimization
- Proficient in reading P&IDs, loop drawings, and control narratives
- Experience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
