As the Contracts Administrator, you will manage all head contract and subcontract administration across live projects, taking ownership of full commercial delivery. Operating as the sole CA, you will also play a key role in shaping, improving, and refining internal systems, processes, and templates as the business continues to grow.
- Prepare, review, and administer head contract and subcontract agreements across live projects
- Manage progress claims, variations, RFIs, EOTs, and payment schedules to maintain strong commercial control
- Refine and improve internal CA systems, processes, and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency across projects
- Track project budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost management
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to support smooth project delivery
- Support the Project Manager and Site teams with reporting, cost updates, and project meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
- Exposure to refurbishment or structural modification projects advantageous
- Comfortable working in a growing business where systems are being refined and improved
- Strong attention to detail with solid understanding of contracts and cost control
- Able to work autonomously while supporting project teams
- Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes, not just maintaining them
