- The role leads multidisciplinary technical teams, supports project delivery, and ensures all technical decisions align with company objectives, industry standards, and expectations.
- Develop and implement technical strategies and operational systems that align with company goals.
- Oversee all implementation of investments to ensure they are in line with original plans.
- Provide high-level leadership and mentorship to technical and engineering teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or Civil) is typically required, with a Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the energy sector, with at least 5-10 years in a senior leadership or management position.
- Strong leadership, project management (PMP), risk management, and excellent communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of drilling equipment, well control, mud systems, and related technology.
