- The Systems Completion Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and tracking the mechanical completion and systems handover activities on Karimun.
- Ensuring sub-system and system meet project specification requirements as per approved procedures.
- Built Microsoft Power BI (PBI) dashboards and update on a regular basis for the completion's deliverables.
- A, B, C check sheet progress, Punch List creation vs close out, Exception creation vs close out, Mechanical Completion and Ready for Start Up dossier progress.
- Review of the Mechanical Completion and Ready for Start Up Dossiers to make sure the content is aligned with the approved Index as per Systems Completion Procedure.
- Ensuring ITR's, Punch Lists and exceptions are closed before offering mechanical completion or Ready for Start Up Certificates for approval.
- Coordinate with contractor to support mechanical completion and ready for startup walk downs.
- Review the walk down package for completeness, make sure Company Systems Completion discipline representative is notified and available to attend the walk down.
- Monitor the Database changes to make sure Change Notice process is aligned with the company procedure and Change Notice approvers are authorized personnel.
- Review the database for completeness and corectiveness.
- Make sure tags are assigned to correct sub-system as per commissioning boundary and relevant check sheets are assigned as per approved tag type matrix.
- Highlight inconsistency that may affect database integrity, tag verification and/or ITR allocation.
- Review CONTRACTOR's work packs, tools, commissioning plans to ensure a smooth and safe hand-over to permanent organization.
- Monitor and verify CONTRACTOR's preservation check sheet allocation is aligned with approved preservation procedure.
- Monitor progress and status of subsystems using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering
- 8 years experience with large project commissioning in the Oil & Gas industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Power BI dashboard creation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Systems Completion Planning
- Strong knowledge and understanding of certificate types and certification gates
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ITR types and stages
- Strong knowledge and understanding of punch list categorization
- Experience using Completion Management Systems (CMS) such as WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar.
- Familiarity with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning interfaces.
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe system handover practices.
- A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a site environment.
- Contractor coordination and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and technical judgment skills
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, computer literacy.
