- Manage the day-to-day site operations across luxury residential builds
- Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and maintain strong WHS compliance
- Liaise with clients, architects, and internal project teams
- Drive programme schedules and maintain project milestones
- Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail throughout all stages of construction
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering custom or luxury residential homes
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and detailed construction methods
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain strong site relationships
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- QBCC Supervisor Licence preferred
- Stable employment history within residential construction
