- Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met

- Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, performance, and site coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe, compliant delivery
- Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing project environment
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, across multiple sectors
- Consistent experience working on commercial projects above $40M
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management, with professional registration preferred
