You'll oversee the full construction lifecycle of luxury residential builds, managing trades, quality, safety, and timelines to ensure flawless delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of architecturally designed custom homes
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards on site
- Ensure compliance with building codes, QBCC regulations, OH&S, and company procedures
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials, reporting progress and resolving delays
- Inspect all work for quality control, ensuring premium finishes are achieved in line with high-end specifications
- Manage defect rectification and handover processes to ensure smooth project completion and client satisfaction
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor License
- Proven local experience supervising custom or high-end residential homes in QLD
- Carpentry trade background - hands-on knowledge valued
- Strong organisational and communication skills
