This position combines hands-on restoration work with supervisory responsibilities. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality restoration services while leading and supporting a team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Perform water, fire, mould, and storm damage restoration works across a range of sites
- Conduct site assessments, including moisture readings, damage reporting, and scoping of works
- Develop, implement, and monitor drying plans to ensure effective restoration outcomes
- Operate, maintain, and manage restorationt equipment (including dehumidifiers, air movers, and drying systems)
- Lead, mentor, and support restoration technicians on-site, fostering a productive team environment
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in restoration (water, fire, mould, or related fields)
- Strong understanding of restoration processes, equipment, and industry standards
- Current driver's licence
- Strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
