- Relevant engineering degree (Civil or equivalent).
- Proven track record with reputable contractors or consultants in the UAE/Dubai market.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager specifically in road infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience in the UAE. good experience for water with Scada and Shutdown，NDRC, Stormwater, Etisalat and Road Works.
- Proven strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferred additional qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles (planning, execution, handover).
- Familiarity with UAE road design standards and authority regulations (e.g., RTA, DM).
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
