As a Production Estimator, you will play a critical role in the construction phase, ensuring accurate costing and seamless handover from pre-construction to build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate production estimates for residential volume housing and multi-residential projects
- Review contract documentation, drawings, and specifications for construction readiness
- Liaise with construction, procurement, drafting, and suppliers to finalise build costs
- Price variations, upgrades, and post-contract changes accurately and efficiently
- Ensure estimates align with company margins, budgets, and cost control standards
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing estimating team
- Over 5 years' experience as a Production Estimator within residential construction
- Proven experience working with a volume builder (essential)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and supplier pricing
- Highly organised with excellent accuracy and time management skills
- Confident communicator who works well across teams
- Comfortable working within established systems and structured processes
