- Roles in this level have responsibility for planning, prioritizing, executing, monitoring, and controlling of Projects in an efficient and systematic manner.
- They have a prime role, whenever they are assigned the role of project coordinators, in coordinating with team members, multiple trades and stakeholders to ensure smooth-running of projects.
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with COMPANY Integrated Management Systems, including quality, environment, health and safety, responsible care, energy management, and product stewardship.
- Align work with COMPANY's vision, mission, strategic map, and core values.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control assigned projects to meet quality, cost, schedule, scope, safety, environmental, and energy requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, team members, production, maintenance, and project requisitioners for smooth project execution.
- Prepare regular project reports covering cost, schedule, forecasting, KPIs, scorecards, and related updates.
- Apply relevant engineering codes, standards, procedures, specifications, and good engineering practices.
- Support engineering deliverable reviews and site execution activities.
- Assist in procurement, contract coordination, tender preparation, technical evaluations, and bid approvals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders to achieve project targets.
- Stay updated on project management and technical developments and recommend improvements.
- Support construction activities to ensure safe, timely, efficient, and cost-effective project execution while managing contractor-related issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University
- 7+ years direct and relevant discipline experience in large EPCC Projects related to oil/gas or petrochemical or fertilizer industry. Experience in Ammonia and Urea Fertilizer Projects/Plants is an advantage.
