About the Role
Clarke Energy is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join its growing Western Australian team.
Based in Western Australia, you will support customers across the country through a combination of planned maintenance, breakdown response and commissioning activities. The role involves regular national travel on a rostered basis.
This is an opportunity to work on critical power generation infrastructure while receiving industry-leading OEM training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on gas and diesel-powered generators.
- Diagnose equipment faults and carry out repairs.
- Support commissioning and service activities across customer sites.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

We are specifically seeking candidates based in Western Australia. This role will involve travel across Australia on a rostered basis to support customer sites and projects.
Applicants must have full Australian working rights and be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and national police check.
About You
- Trade qualification in a mechanical discipline.
- Experience working on large reciprocating engines, power generation equipment, heavy mining equipment, mobile plant or similar mechanical equipment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
- Safety-focused and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and travel nationally on a rostered basis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
