We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor with proven experience in petrochemical or EPC projects, specifically during the construction phase. The role requires strong hands-on supervision of electrical installation works, ensuring execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.

Supervise and control electrical installation works on site, ensuring compliance with approved IFC drawings, project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.

Oversee installation of electrical equipment including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, MCCs, distribution panels, and associated systems.

Supervise cable tray and conduit installation, cable pulling, termination, and proper cable management in accordance with project requirements.

Ensure all activities comply with approved Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and construction procedures.

Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of works.

Monitor testing and pre-commissioning activities, ensuring system readiness for energization and timely closure of punch list items.

Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, and safety standards within petrochemical site environments.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, and coordinate effectively with Construction Manager, Electrical Lead, and other disciplines.

Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical works for petrochemical/ EPC projects
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor (site-based) during construction phase (not operation or maintenance)
- Strong hands-on supervision in installation of switchgear, transformers, MV/LV panels, MCC, and related electrical equipment
- Experience supervising cable tray installation, cable pulling, termination, and installation works
- Familiar with testing, pre-commissioning, and energization readiness (installation perspective)
- Able to supervise contractors and subcontractors on site
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, method statements, ITP, and punch list management
