  • Managing contracts for multiple projects across QLD, NSW, and SA
  • Coordinating with Sales, Drafting, Estimating, and Construction teams
  • Preparing, reviewing, and finalising contracts and variations
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
  • Supporting client communication and engagement throughout the contract process

  • 0ver 5 years experience as a Contracts Administrator in residential or multi-residential construction
  • Knowledge of contract processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
