Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate structural construction and commissioning activities at site.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, plans, and project schedule.
- Ensure all activities comply with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) and Quality requirements.
- Manage the site workforce, including supervisors and construction teams.
- Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and manpower required for structural activities.
- Monitor daily progress and take corrective actions if work falls behind schedule.
- Conduct and coordinate site inspections, testing, and verification of structural works.
- Ensure proper implementation of HSSE procedures and safety standards.
- Manage any changes in structural scope, plans, or work requirements during the project.
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, HSSE records, inspection records, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, contractors, and other disciplines.
- Lead and mentor construction supervisors and site teams.
- Ensure structural works are completed to the required quality, safety, and schedule standards.
- 10-15+ years of overall construction experience.
- Strong experience in structural construction/site supervision.
- Ideally 5+ years in a Superintendent / Structural Supervisor / Construction Lead / Site Manager type of role.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, refinery, offshore/onshore, or industrial construction is highly relevant.
