With a growing pipeline of work in Melbourne, they're looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager to lead projects and drive outcomes on-site. This is a great opportunity to join a business that values strong leadership, accountability and quality delivery.
You'll take full responsibility for site operations, leading teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
This role suits a Site Manager who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front and working closely with project teams to deliver complex builds.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to completion
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth delivery
- Drive programme adherence, sequencing and productivity on site
- Maintain high standards across safety, quality and compliance
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and engineers
- Identify risks early and implement practical solutions
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial / industrial projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety and quality
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track
- Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications (preferred)
