The role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex $70M+ projects
- Oversee programme, budget, risk and stakeholder management
- Drive strong client relationships and project outcomes
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and site teams
- Work closely with internal leadership on strategy and delivery
- Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial projects ($70M+)
- Background across sectors like education, retail, hospitality or aged care
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to delivery
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes
- A team-first mindset with a passion for mentoring others
