- Administering contracts and subcontracts across commercial refurb and fitout projects ($5-15m+)
- Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement, and tender comparisons
- Preparing and assessing variations, claims, EOTs and contract correspondence
- Tracking budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reporting with precision
- Supporting the Project Manager in ensuring compliance, quality, and program delivery
- Collaborating with consultants, clients, and site supervisors to keep projects moving
- 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction across structural refurb and fitout projects up to $15 million
- MUST have hospitality fitout experience
- Solid understanding of procurement, contracts, and cost management
- Experience with construction industry software systems is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- A trade or site background is a bonus, but not essential
